globalgathering  The Global Gathering Place 

The Global Gathering Place (GGP) provides holistic, adaptive and person-centred services to support the efforts of refugees and immigrants to overcome challenges and participate fully in Canadian life as equal members. GGP also educates the public about refugee immigrant issues, address misconceptions, and highlights the valuable contributions that refugees and immigrants make to our community.

The Saskatchewan Intercultural Association (SIA) is a non-profit organization that provides services for immigrants and refugees in Saskatoon. SIA works in partnership with community and immigrant-serving agencies, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), and a wide network of private and government funders.

The International Women of Saskatoon (IWS) is a non-profit, grassroots equality-seeking women’s organization dedicated to assisting immigrant and refugee women and their families, residing in Saskatoon and area, through free programs and services designed to support their settlement and integration into their community. IWS works both independently and in partnership with other community based organizations, both immigrant and mainstream serving agencies, private and government organizations.

The Saskatoon Open Door Society (SODS) exists to welcome and assist refugees and immigrants to become informed and effective participants in Canadian society, and to involve the Saskatoon community in their hospitable reception and just acceptance.
